Wisconsin State Legislature Software Altered
It has come to our attention that changes were made to the State of Wisconsin software program, through which email was routed. This change was made to the State site, without a "forward to" address. In essence, these software changes disallowed both signatures on the petition as well as email to the legislators from Jennifer's site. Once discovered, the software on Jennifer's site was modified to accommodate changes in the State's software programs. As far as can be determined these changes took place within the last 5 days.
So, for all those who have attempted to sign Jennifer's petition and to email your legislators within the past 5 days, we ask that you sign the petition and email your legislators again. We know that several of you received "error" messages when you attempted to add your signature to the petition and/or email your legislators. If your signatures were accepted and your emails went through, second entries will simply be rejected as duplicates. Otherwise, please try to reenter.
