On October, 9, 2008, Mark Benson a former physician charged with killing an Oconomowoc educator and her two daughters appeared before Chief Judge J. Mac Davis. Benson is charged with killing Jennifer Bukosky, her unborn child and her 10 year old daughter, Courtney Bella. Two other children were also injured.
