OCONOMOWOC - Paul and Judy Jenkins, the stepfather and mother of former Oconomowoc High School Associate Principal Jennifer Bukosky, have created a Web site to push for a change in Wisconsin's OWI laws.
Bukosky, her unborn child and her 10-year-old daughter, Courtney Bella, were killed in a car crash April 25. Mark Benson is charged with two counts of homicide by the intoxicated use of a motor vehicle, a count of homicide of an unborn child by the intoxicated use of a motor vehicle, two counts of causing injury by driving under the influence of an intoxicant and a count of operating after revocation.
"Since Jennifer, Courtney and Sophie's deaths, we have been directing anger and sadness into something constructive that will invoke change to OWI laws," said Judy Jenkins of Mequon.
