Was Man Sending Texts At Time Of Crash?
OCONOMOWOC - Investigators are looking into whether former orthopaedic surgeon Mark Benson was sending text messages at the time of the accident that killed Oconomowoc school administrator Jennifer Bukosky, her 10-year-old daughter Courtney and her unborn daughter Sophia.
Benson told police he was taking a combination of prescription drugs at the time of the crash.
The district attorney hopes to have results of the investigation later this week.
