Judge Lee Dreyfus, Jr. granted Benson two weeks to get his affairs in order before he had to report to jail for his third drunk driving conviction.
Days later, Benson's allegedly smashed his car into an SUV, killing Jennifer Bukosky, the baby she was carrying and her 10-year old daughter, Courtney Bella.
Now, according to the Journal Sentinel, Dreyfus has notified attorneys that he does not plan on extending that courtesy in the future for OWI cases.
